socom 4 is supposed to be released in fall of 08 too.. wonder wtf is gunna happen, probably more delays..

i dunno how 5 fuckn maps can take, almost 2 years to make.. cod 4 took like what? a year to make? and its got almost everythig..

Except real servers lol. Servers are probably the toughest thing to develop.

they have servers, just not deticated servers (whatever that means) like that had in socom..

I think slant six realized the graphics for Confrontation looked borderline cartoony compared to CoD4 and scrapped everything, lol. It took more than a year to develop CoD4. IW did CoD2 but not CoD3 so they were working on it once the second one was finished which was pretty much around the original release of the 360 system. Was there an actual set release date for Socom 4 or just a speculated release time?

Socom 4 was never formally announced.

it was announced that they were working on it, and i know that i read somewhere about november 2008..

confrontation was supposed to be released in nov, and then a year later s4.. but im sure that all the delays will delay s4 probably into 2009
