See the topic icons when in the main menu to the left?
Its the volume tracker symbol.

How about we shrink our avatar down and put it there?. Ill try it out soon......

Here's a big (to size down accordingly) and a small button, not sure about the settings I saved them at as far as quality because they are gifs and I am not too familiar with that type of file. I wasn't sure if you wanted to use the avatar or if these straight up circles would work and look better.
