| Try windows movie maker sper. I used to use easy video splitter but weird things were happening with it. So I broke down and just use Windows movie maker for everything except for capturing video. | |

| The gay thing about movie maker is that when i try to add a video to the timeline it shutsdown. I dont know wtf is wrong with it.. | |

| Adobe Premiere. ULead has one but I forget what it is. Downside, you'll have to rerender the whole thing. | |
