Looks like patch v1.5 is incoming today or tomorrow.

There is a test room up in US Central 4 right now for it that won't let you join as 'Versions do not match'.

They did this with every other patch hours before they were released, so maybe they plan on extending this. I doubt they'd give us a new patch with three days left to play it.

Theyd have to release it tomorrow which means just 2 days, plus they always post the patch info on the socom site, so I doubt it..

why wouldn't the beta go until the release date? Does it really end in a few days?

Some people's codes apparently end on the 5th, some on the 12th.

I beta tested II, 3, and Fireteam Bravo, and all of those tests were slated to end about three weeks before the game released but then Zipper extended them until the night before release, so I wouldn't worry about it.

I would think its a good thing to run the beta right up to the release in every respect.

only time will tell.. Btw ne1 see the headset video? Looks sick, I hope they do the old school socom commercials, It'd be very good advertising if they bring it back..

Yeah that headset looks nice, I'm heading out tomorrow to upgrade my preorder. The Motorola I just bought takes forever to pair and occasionally gives me terrible feedback..might as well save myself the hassle and get the $35 back.
