Map Pack

Not sure if this is true or not but ppl on gb are saying the map pack and the ak and m16 is downloadable throw the ps store..someone try it out and let us know...

Totally fucking sad, but with the maps being out for all of six hours there's already a clan in the room I'm in with their M16s at Mod 5. Also, played five games in the Pro Medley and none of them have had new maps. Wish I could play em.

how are the m16 and ak47?

there's a playlist in custom area with all the original maps with the three new ones mixed it...so its the luck of the draw

m16 is good for open long maps
ak47 is crap

Nah, the only way to play them are by going to the Custom playlists and choosing either Pro Classic or Pro Standard Medleys. They're mixed in with every map besides Abandoned and almost never show up as an option. Played from 11:30-2:30 last night and played Redline once - decent map but there are sightlines that go into both spawns all the way across the map - and Double Cross once, which is pretty small but not bad for objectives. Never even came across Driftwood.

M16 gets a suppressor at Mod 2 and seems to be godly at that point, and a lot of people don't like the AK but I'm loving it. Shoots slow (as an AK should) and kills in two body shots. Learn how to use its recoil and steady your shots and you'll be fine. It gets a foregrip for Mod 1 and a muzzle break at 2 or 3 so it's pretty serviceable. Loudest AR in the game by far.
